Assembly
Occurs 2:30 PM on a Thursday (fortnightly on even weeks). Special Assemblies may begin earlier. This time is advised through the newsletter and Facebook.
Arrival
For safety reasons, parents are encouraged to enrol their child/ren in YMCA Before School Hours Care if arriving before 8:15 AM. Students arriving at 8:15 AM should be seated quietly under the Junior Eating Area until supervision begins at 8:30 AM.

Please note, between 10:00 -10:30 AM each day, teachers will provide class movement breaks and time for students to eat a healthy snack. Teachers have autonomy with when this is taken throughout the morning session and is responsive to timetable and student needs.
Departure routine
Children are let out of class at 3:00 PM daily. Please ensure your child/ren know where to meet you.
YMCA After School Hours Care is available if you cannot collect your child on time. You must enrol your child prior to using this service.
