VOLUNTEERING AT GROVELY STATE SCHOOL
We appreciate the valuable role of volunteers at our school. We are fortunate to have volunteers who help out in a variety of ways including activities such as helping learners in the classroom, swimming, assisting on excursions and assisting the P&C in the tuckshop and at school events.
Prior to commencing / continuing with volunteering in the school, please collect a Volunteer Pack from the Administration Office. The pack includes the 2023 Volunteers Information Sheet, for information on volunteering at our school in accordance with departmental guidelines and the Mandatory
All-Staff Training (MAST) Key Messages Guide 2023.
Volunteers who are not a parent of a learner currently enrolled at Grovely State School, must hold a current Blue Card and the card must be linked to our school.
All volunteers must sign in and out on the Passtab machine located in the Administration Office and wear a “Visitor" badge/label, each time they volunteer.
Please do not hesitate to speak with our Office staff if you have any questions in relation to volunteering and thank you for your support.
